Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband, 57, expects 8th child with 4th wife who is 26

Jennifer Lopez’s former husband Marc Anthony is preparing to welcome yet another child, with news breaking Wednesday morning that the 57-year-old singer is expecting his eighth baby.

The child will be his second with his fourth wife, 26-year-old Paraguayan model Nadia Ferreira. The couple already share a two-year-old son, Marco.

Anthony and Ferreira revealed the pregnancy on a meaningful milestone, their third wedding anniversary. The pair married on January 28, 2023, in Miami, and chose the occasion to share their growing family news with fans.

"Happy 3rd anniversary!!" Ferreira wrote on Instagram, adding in Spanish, "What a great gift life gives us. God is great, Marquito is going to be a big brother."

The baby will be Anthony’s eighth overall, the latest chapter in a long and complex family history shaped by four marriages and multiple relationships.

His journey into fatherhood began in June 1994, when he welcomed a daughter, Arianna, with then-girlfriend Debbie Rosado. The pair later adopted a son, Chase, who was born in 1995.

In February 2001, Anthony became a father again with the birth of son Cristian Marcus Muñiz, whom he shares with his first wife, former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres. Their second son, Ryan Adrian Muñiz, followed in August 2003.

Anthony later married Jennifer Lopez, his second wife, and the couple welcomed twins Max and Emme Muñiz in February 2008. The twins are now 18-year-old college students. Lopez herself went on to marry Ben Affleck, before divorcing him in January 2025 after two years of marriage. Affleck shares three children, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

The baby news arrives as Anthony is also being pulled into a separate storm of celebrity controversy involving the Beckham family.

Wedding DJ Fat Tony has claimed that Nicola Peltz and her family “left the room” after what he described as an “inappropriate” dance between Victoria Beckham and her son Brooklyn during Brooklyn and Nicola’s 2022 wedding. The moment reportedly unfolded while Anthony performed a love song during the reception.

Brooklyn, now 26, accused his mother of hijacking his first dance with Nicola, 31, in a fiery Instagram post earlier this week. According to Fat Tony, the situation escalated quickly.

"The timing was inappropriate for me. It was meant to be the bride and groom's moment," the DJ told the Daily Mail.

"It was in the heat of the moment. Brooklyn left right after the dance. Nicola left the room and afterwards he went after her. Nicola's family left, they went after their daughter. Marc Anthony is a Latin singer. It was a love song."

Asked whether Brooklyn had his hands on his mother’s hips during the dance, Fat Tony replied, "Well, yeah. It was slow dancing, it wasn't like some samba number. Victoria had her arms around his neck."

Brooklyn later revealed he does not wish to reconcile with either his mother Victoria or his father Sir David Beckham, a development Fat Tony described as deeply upsetting.

"Brooklyn is a friend of mine. The whole situation is just awful, the way it's played out so publicly," he said.

"Families are families, I don't know what started it. At one point someone might say something publicly."

Fat Tony went on to reflect on how minor moments can spiral into lasting rifts.

"Brooklyn is upset about a lot of things, sometimes the smallest of things can become bigger than the biggest of things, because it highlights it."

"I'm not speaking bad about either party in it, I'm just putting the narrative straight about the dance."

"Families don't get on sometimes. It's not the Waltons, it's the Beckhams. I'm sure they don't all go to bed at night and say good night and switch the lights off like the Waltons do."

"There are problems with every family, this one just happened to be played out publicly. I've talked about it because someone needs to speak about it, and here is what it is. I didn't make it about me, Brooklyn or the Beckhams, it was just about the situation. Although people have laughed at the memes and they have been incredible, there are still two people here that are in pain. We have to remember that. Everyone needs to let it die down now."

As Marc Anthony celebrates another baby on the way, his name remains tied to one of the most talked-about family dramas in celebrity culture, blending joy, controversy and unresolved tensions into a single headline-grabbing moment.
