SHC grants post-arrest bail to suspects in smuggling of 104 kg of silver 

The Sindh High Court granted post-arrest bail to three arrested suspects in the alleged smuggling of 104 kg of imported silver, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday. 

The court remarked it remains to be proved whether the silver is smuggled or not. There is no ban on the country's silver business.

The Sindh High Court has issued a written order on the bail of the three accused after the arrest of the accused. 

The court has approved the bail application of the three accused after the accused submitted bonds of Rs500,000 each. 

According to the bail order, the accused are accused of smuggling 104 kilograms of imported silver. 

The silver was not taken into custody from any border area of ​​the country, and prosecution could not prove it either. 

The court observed that there is no restriction on the accused exporting silver. The court is certain that this silver was brought into the country legally. 

The prosecutor opposed the bail, while further inquiry is also needed in this case, the court remarked. 

The accused include Nadeem Memon, Noman and Naveed.
