Minister for Housing Tariq Bashir Cheema and Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Moonis Elahi called on Prime Minister Imran Khan Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

During the meeting, the premier allayed the reservations of the PML-Q and both the government and the PML-Q agreed to collaborate in future as well.

Both the parties agreed to take each other into confidence in every step taken by any party.

PM Khan assured PML-Q leaders that the government will take them on board in any future decision making and policy matters.

PM assured that the PML-Q MNAs would get the same funds as those of PTI members. Moonis also assured PM of complete support in the future as well.

During the meeting, the provision of relief to the common man in budget especially the positive results of measures taken for steering the backward segments of society out of poverty and growing employment opportunities created by economic growth due to development projects were discussed.

The ongoing projects of the Ministry of Housing were also discussed in the meeting.

Sources also claimed that the PML-Q may get an important responsibility in the government in near future as well.
