Committee constituted to probe textbook image error

A three-member inquiry committee has been constituted to probe printing mistakes in the chemistry book of Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB). 

According to 24NewsHD TV channel, the textbook mistakenly featured a picture of the Red Fort Delhi instead of the Royal Fort (Shahi Qila) in Lahore. 

This textbook is part of the official curriculum being taught in government educational institutions across Punjab. The committee will investigate the circumstances leading to the error. 

Additional Secretary Syed Abdul Razzaq has been appointed as the convener of the committee, while MD PECTA Abdul Waheed and Senior Law Officer Said Asif Iqbal have been named as its members.
