According to the report, the examination was conducted by Professor Dr Muhammad Arif Khan, head of the eye department at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences.

The report stated that Bushra Bibi had complained of blurred vision in her right eye for the past 11 days. Following the examination, doctors diagnosed her with posterior vitreous detachment (PVD) in the right eye along with reduced distance vision.
