The Foreign Office has categorically rejected the reports of the Pakistani delegation's visit to Israel, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Sunday.

A foreign non-government organization (NGO) arranged the visit that has come to the spotlight, the FO clarified.

The press release issued by FO stated that Pakistan’s stance on the Palestinian issue is clear and unambiguous, adding that there has been no change in our policy on which there is a full national consensus.

The FO added that Pakistan is a strong supporter of the inalienable right of the Palestinian people to self-determination.

The establishment of an independent, viable and contiguous Palestinian state with pre-1967 borders and Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, in accordance with the relevant UN and OIC resolutions, is imperative for just and lasting peace in the region, the FO concluded.
