Gold prices go sky-rocketing in Pakistan

The gold prices in Pakistan saw an increase Tuesday despite the yellow metal saw a phenomenal decrease in value in the international market, reported 24NewsHd TV channel Saturday.

The gold price of one tola of 24-Karat gold went up by Rs300 to reach Rs161,600.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-Karat gold went up by Rs258 to reach Rs138,546.

The 10-gram of 22-Karat gold is being traded for Rs127,000.

In the international market, the price of one ounce of gold was decreased by $3 to reach $1756.

The price of one tola of 24-Karat silver also increased by Rs30 as it was being traded for Rs1,740 per tola.

The price of 10 grams of 24-Karat silver was increased by Rs25.72 as it was being traded for Rs1,491.76 per 10 grams.
