Four family members, a mother, and her three daughters were found dead with their throats slit in a house near Malir Shamsi Society of Karachi on Tuesday, reported 24newsHD TV channel.  

According to the SSP Korangi that the family head named Fawad allegedly killed his wife and three daughters after intoxicating them. 

The police captured him with burn injuries as he had tried to self-immolation after slitting the throat of his family members, SSP claimed.  

The three daughters are between 12 to 16 years old.   

The police and rescue staff reached the spot and shifted the bodies to the hospital for their autopsies. A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
