Sehar Khan and Hamza Sohail’s friendship converts into Fairy Tale chemistry
Pakistani super-hit drama serial Fairy Tale director Ali Hassan appeared as a guest at Fuchsia Magazine show and talked very interesting factor about the chemistry between lead actors Sehar Khan and Hamza Sohail.
Hassan talked openly about the pair's early lack of chemistry and how they overcame it to improve their on-screen dynamics.
During the conversation held between the host and director, he said that he noticed the absence of chemistry between the on-screen couple which did not fulfill the drama’s purpose very well so he asked both to improve it by bringing some emotions and feelings in their scenes.
"They went to the side, spoke. Ali Safina was present on set, the two were chit-chatting with him. I was looking from afar. I could see that they were doing something. They came back perfectly fine."
Later, the two became friends and their friendship became the best reason for the betterment of their scenes.
“They became friends and they started working on scenes... There were many things that they would get done and come to me, saying, we have done this, should we go ahead?' And I, sometimes, would say, 'No, at this time we can't do this, it's a good idea, but we can't.”
Further, the talented director stated:
“They have great energy, they're really good friends, and it's because of that friendship that you like their characters.
He refuted the idea that the performers stayed in their rooms and instead highlighted how committed they were to rehearsing. They practiced a trillion times, Sehar becomes irritated but Hamza persists.”
