Imran Khan ‘darling’ of Indian media after his anti-establishment speech

October 29, 2022 01:16 PM

The Indian media has suddenly started extolling former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan for his anti-establishment rhetoric during his long march yesterday saying that the latter seems doing Indian bid, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Indian journalist Rubika Liyaquat during a TV show invited PTI leader Fayyaz Chohan to talk about Imran’s anti-establishment speech in which the latter threatened to expose the secrets of country’s spy agency.

The Indian journalist could be heard saying that from today, Imran has become our (India’s) favorite as he is maligning his own institutions and he has threatened to expose the secrets of the country’s spy agency.

In his take on Imran Khan, Defence Minister Khwaja Asif tweeted: “The Indian media does not support Modi as much as it is currently supporting IK. The Indian media is giving full coverage to IK (speeches) because of the language he is using against Pakistan Army and the ISI. In his hunger for power, Imran has crossed all red lines being a Pakistani and has become a spokesperson for the eternal enemy of the country. What kind of Pakistani is he?”
