The government assured the visually-impaired people of fulfilling their demands next week after a four-day protest in Karachi, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.

At the onset of the ongoing week, the visually-impaired persons took to the streets against authorities for turning a blind eye to their issues.

Today, the demonstrators started marching towards the Red Zone but police placed barricades. The admin official woke up to the issue and held negotiations with the protesters and assured them of fulfiling their demands by Monday.

According to demonstrators,  they would start marching towards the red zone if the government does not keep its word by Tuesday.
