Hanif Abbasi tells PPP to work hard instead of resenting others

Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi Saturday said that Pakistan People’s party should work hard for the elections instead of resenting others, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported.

Addressing the media in Murree, Hanif Abbasi said that Every party participating in the elections should get level playing opportunities other than the ones involved in the May 9 incidents.

He said that Nawaz Sharif will become Prime Minister for the fourth time in the upcoming elections. ECP has given a date in the last week of January for elections and they should not be delayed.

Mentioning the dispute with former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, he said that he is like family to PML-N and domestic disagreements and other affairs should be settled at home, not on screen.

The decisions have been made for party ticket holders in Rawalpindi but the decisions for Murree will be taken after consultation.
