Man dies after fire breaks out at Jaffarabad petrol pump

A fire suddenly broke out at a petrol pump resulting into death of a man and injuries to another while destroying three vehicles at a petrol pump in Dera Allahyar area of Jaffarabad on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Abdur Rehman Khosa Mini Petrol Pump on Suhbatpur Road in Dera Allahyar suddenly caught fire. Sajid Ali Lashari could not escape the towering flames and died due to burn injuries while Asrar Ahmed Brohi was injured.

After the incident, body of the deceased and the injured person were shifted to Civil Hospital Dera Allahyar.

According to initial information, the petrol pump caught fire due to short-circuit and the officials of fire brigade are busy to control the flames.
