The accountability court in Lahore on Tuesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for PML-N Quaid Shehbaz Sharif’s wife Nusrat Shehbaz and daughter Rabia Imran in a money laundering and assets case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The accountability court ordered the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to produce Nusrat Shehbaz and Rabia Imran before it.
However, the court granted the request of Shehbaz Sharif’s daughter Javeria Ali for exemption from permanent appearance.
During the hearing, the Foreign Office did not submit a report on Salman Shehbaz and Haroon Yousuf. The court again summoned the official of the Foreign Office related to this matter in the next hearing along with the record.
On September 15, the accountability court issued bailable arrest warrants for Nusrat Shehbaz and Rabia Imran in the money laundering case. Judge Syed Jawadul Hassan conducted the case proceedings wherein the PML-N president also appeared.
