Veteran TV actor Mirza Shahi passed away on Tuesday due to coronavirus.

Shahi was on a ventilator after diagnosing with coronavirus last week. His was admitted to Civil Hospital Karachi where he breathed his last. Shai’s wife and daughter also tested positive for Covid-19.

Earlier, Shahi’s co-stars from the popular TV serial Nadaniyan urged their fans to pray for the ailing actor. Actor Yasir Nawaz along with his wife and brother Nida Yasir and Danish Nawaz, who played  took to Instagram to bring attention to Shahi’s health.
