A man, who was posing as deputy secretary finance, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), was arrested along with his three associates in jail in Mardan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.  

According to reports, the man named Sohail telephoned Mardan Jail Superintendent Riaz Mohmand, introduced himself as a deputy secretary finance and said he wanted to meet a prisoner. 

During the meeting, when the superintendent asked him some questions, it dawned upon him that he was not what he was pretending to be.

This prompted the superintendent to call police, which took him into custody along with three other men.

During initial interrogation, it emerged that Sohail belonged to Peshawar while his three friends were from Charsadda.
