The protest launched by the sacked university teachers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in front of Imran Khan’s residence at Bani Gala still continues, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

The KP government so far has not decided about the fate of the teachers who have been staging a protest for a week demanding for their restoration. They reached Bani Gala on Sept 27 and staged a sit-in over there in favour of their demands. 

FP Education Minister Kamran Bangash reached Bani Gala last night to hold talks with the protesting teachers fired by the education authorities.

The KP minister and teachers are currently holding a meeting and teachers will decide whether they would continue with their sit-in or end it after the talks. 

The protesting teachers have been removed from different universities of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
