Toshakhana II case hearing postponed till October 1
The hearing of Toshakhana II case against PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi was postponed till October 1 after hearing of the case continued for seven hours in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi on Monday, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.
Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand heard the case in Adiala Jail. PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were present in the courtroom. The family members of the founder PTI and Bushra Bibi are also present in the court during the hearing.
During the hearing PTI legal team cross examined the statements of the eye witnesses.
PTI founder's lawyer continued to cross-examine NAB officer Mohsin Haroon. The hearing of the court in the jail was postponed until Wednesday, October 1 due to the suspension of electricity supply. On October 1, the defense lawyer Qosin Faisal Mufti will complete the cross-examination of the last two prosecution witnesses.
During the hearing, the three sisters of the founder of PTI, cousin Qasim Zaman, and sister-in-law of Bushri Bibi were present in the court. Cousin Faisal and Salman Safdar Advocate appeared in the court on behalf of the accused.
