Sindh Home Minister Zia ul Hassan Lanjar's mother passed away on Monday after a prolonged illness at Ziauddin Hospital in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The body of the deceased will be brought to Nawab Shah Lanjar House. The deceased's sons Zia ul Hassan Al-Najjar, Tariq Solangi, Asif Solangi, son-in-law Farhan Ali Khaskheli were present at Karachi's Ziauddin Hospital. Funeral prayers to be offered in Nawabshah tomorrow.
The funeral prayers will be offered tomorrow at 7 am at Bilawal Stadium Nawabshah. President Asif Zardari, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah have expressed deep sorrow over the death of the mother of Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar and prayed for the departed soul.
Sindh Chief Minister also expressed sympathy to Zia ul Hassan Lanjar and his family.
President Asif Zardari held a telephone conversation with Sindh Interior Minister Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar from Dubai. He expressed grief over the death of Zia Lanjar's mother.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also expressed grief and sympathy to Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar on the death of his mother. Bilawal Bhutto in the condolence message said the entire party is with you in this hour of grief.
