Emirates special flight allowed to land at Peshawar

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on Thursday gave permission to Emirates Airline to land a special flight at Peshawar International Airport bringing stranded Pakistanis from Dubai.
The CAA Director Air Transport issued the notification in this regard, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. Emirates special flight EK-636 will land at Peshawar Airport on May 1 (Friday) .
As per CAA rules, crew members of the plane would not be allowed to come outside of the plane. After bringing in the Pakistanis, the special flight will fly back to Dubai.

It is pertinent to mention that as per the decision of the Government of Pakistan, the suspension of international flight operations as effected earlier has already been extended up to Friday, May 15, 2020 at 23:59 hours PST. “Remaining provisions as applicable to the suspension of International flights reflected in previous orders remain unchanged,” CAA said.
