Pakistan High Commission building in London attacked by Indian protesters
Pakistani High Commissioner in London Dr Muhammad Faisal told a news conference on Tuesday that the HC building was targeted and sprayed with the Hindutwa color.
Dr Faisal said that High Commission authorities were in contact with the UK police about the 41 years old Indian origin man who attacked the HC building. He said that HC staff were facing threats even at their homes and the HC was in talks with the UK government for provision of security at the staff's houses.
Dr Faisal once again appealed to the UK government to improve the security situation so that the Pakistani diplomatic staff can perform their duties with dignity and peace of mind. He said he was hopeful that the British government would perform its duties in line with the Vienna Convention.
