CAA bans use of smartphones at Peshawar Airport
For the security reasons, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Monday issued a new order for employees and imposed a ban on the use of smartphones at Peshawar Airport.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the CAA ordered employees that they should not use smartphones in apron and lounge of the Bacha Khan International Peshawar Airport.
The airport manager told his staffers serving at the airport that the use of smartphones in aprons and lounges were strictly prohibited for the security reason so they should obey the orders.
The airport manager said that the cellular phones used in the restricted area would also be confiscated and action would be taken against the users.
The CAA also issued a notification in this regard that would be effected immediately.
