Pakistan, Saudi Arabia vow to boost ties in energy, minerals sectors
Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik has said that the brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia would translate into tangible outcomes in the form of investments, technology exchange and joint projects, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The minister was talking to Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malkiy, who called on him in Islamabad on Friday.
Ali Pervaiz Malik said the Future Minerals Forum, held in Riyadh, provided an important platform for enhancing energy cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi Ambassador said continuous engagement between the two countries is crucial for enhancing cooperation in the mining sector.
Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in the areas of energy and minerals.
