Rafiullah, a differently-abled student, won the heart of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, who met with him at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Quetta on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Rafiullah, who is without two hands, told the CM that he wanted to become a doctor in future.

The chief minister assured him of his full support and told him that the provincial government would bear the expenditures of his education.

He also assured Rafiullah that the government would bear the expenditures of his treatment as well.
