Trade activities on Pakistan-Iran border have come to a halt as Iran has closed its border crossings with Pakistan at Taftan and Raimdan to prevent the spread of coronavirus without intimating the government of Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The Iranian officials, however, have verbally informed Pakistan’s immigration officials deputed at the border of the decision.
Quoting sources, the channel reported that while there was a complete ban on the entry of people from Pakistan into Iran, same was not the case with people’s entry from Iran into Pakistan.
