Furniture factory catches fire in Karachi

A fire broke out at a furniture factory in Karachi’s Liaquatabad area on Tuesday morning, sweeping through its basement and second floor, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A whole army of firefighters backed by nine tenders, snorkles, two water tankers and dozens of Water Board tankers were involved in efforts to extinguish the blaze.
According to the fire brigade officials, shoes, foam, wood, cloth and several other things are present inside the furniture factory as they tried to put it out.
