Cancer patients flee as fire breaks out in Sargodha hospital

Several patients who were admitted to cancer ward of TB Hospital in Sargodha were rushed out to another ward when a massive fire broke out on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Rescue officials confirmed that all the medical equipment that was present in the ward was destroyed in the blaze.
It took several hours of efforts for the Rescue personnel to bring the fire under control.
Earlier in 2025, panic spread in the district headquarters (DHQ) hospital when the inverter of its solar system suddenly caught fire and smoke engulfed the premises, forcing attendants to shift the patients to a safer place.
