PTI's nexus with anti-Pakistan elements exposed: Ataullah Tarar

Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Ataullah Tarar on Sunday said that the nexus between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and anti-Pakistan elements has already been exposed, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.

Addressing a Press conference in Islamabad,  he said that the Pakistan Army's vigorous operations continue to prevent infiltration from Afghanistan.

The Federal Minister said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government's weaknesses are the reason for the increase in infiltration incidents.

Ataullah Tarar said that indictments failed in over 4,000 terrorism cases in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Federal Minister for Information said that an effective prosecution system has not been created in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa despite the passage of 12 years.

He said the rumors being spread in the country are part of an organized conspiracy. Ataullah Tarar said the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa knows how to raise slogans outside Adiala Jail, but he doesn't know how to spell prosecution.

Ataullah Tarar said the nexus of political, terrorist, and criminal elements is the root of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's failure.

Billions of rupees are lost to the treasury due to non-customs paid vehicles, money is being used for terrorism.

The Federal Minister for Information said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has completely failed to stop drug smuggling and illegal mining.
