Man killed university student over minor dispute in Kahna

A young man was shot dead over a minor dispute while standing on the street in the Kahna area of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to police the victim was identified as 21-year-old Abdullah and was a student of a private university.

Giving details police said that the deceased had a bitter conversation with the accused while standing in the street when Abdullah was coming home after attending the birthday party of his friend. 

After a bitter exchange, the accused Sabtain opened fire on the youth and killed him, said police.

Police claimed to arrest the accused within some hours and registered a case against him.

However, the body of the victim was shifted to the mortuary for post-mortem.
