Shikarpur man shoots wife, youth dead for ‘honour’

A man shot dead his wife and a youth, her alleged paramour, in the name of ‘honour’ in Yar Muhammad Isani, a suburban village in Shikarpur, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The incident took place in the jurisdiction of Humayun police station.

“The accused identified as Muhammad Murad Isani brutally murdered his wife and a youth by shooting them dead,” police said.

“The accused managed to escape from the scene. On information, the police reached the spot and shifted the dead bodies to the civil hospital,” they added.

“A search has been launched for the arrest of the accused,” they stated.
