PM calls meeting on oil and electricity prices

Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq called a meeting on the prices of electricity and petroleum products at PM House today.

The ministers for finance, energy, petroleum and officials concerned will participate in the meeting

The moot will take up talks with the IMF and measures to provide people with relief.

After the meeting, the government will announce relief in electricity bills and changes in the prices of petroleum products from September 1.
