Alizeh Shah ‘lives with PTSD’:  Star slams bullies in industry 

Alizeh Shah, in another outburst, slammed the bullies and revealed how she was tortured, bullied, traumatized and treated like nothing on the sets.

Taking to her Instagram stories, the Ehd-e-Wafa starlet, trying to clarify that she did not expose all the bullies because she wanted work but to tell her side of the story and what she has been through.

She said, “To everyone who thinks I exposed those people because I wanted work... You have no idea how much that thought disgusts me.”

Alizeh continued, “I live with PTSD because of what I’ve been through in this industry. I was broken to the point that I started hating myself for even being a part of it. Speaking out wasn't for attention, it was my only way of freeing myself from the darkness, from the wrongs that destroyed me inside.”

“I don't want your projects, your offers, your fake sympathy. I pray every single day that I was never a part of this degrading world, where people made me suffer 12 hours a day on set, treating me like nothing. I am never going back not after what it did to me,” Shah said.

Expressing the pain, she said that “the trauma has eaten me alive. There are nights i cry until i can't breathe, days where i've puked my guts out because the memories make me sick. this pain is real, it lives in my body, in my heart, and all i ask is to be left alone. please..."

Earlier, She took to her Instagram and took a jibe at harassment by seniors, media bullying, exploitative production houses, and false accusations by her peers.
“I’m going to expose every single person who did me wrong… I’m done with people trolling me, making fun of me, and making memes out of me. You guys have no idea how difficult an actor’s life already is,” she said.

Shah began her video statements by revisiting an incident from a fashion show that had initially gone viral. A large portion of her clips targeted the industry’s toxic culture, where actors are often forced to beg for their dues.
She is the latest in a string of actors who have recently spoken out about delayed payments, a conversation that is growing louder.

Juggun Kazim, after publicly apologizing Alizeh for mimicking her, showed solidarity with her, saying, “Alizeh is upset. Her heart is broken. She’s a young person dealing with memories of being mistreated in the industry of which I, too, played a part. She’s dealing with PTSD. Instead of giving her support, we choose to mock her. Please, guys, stop trolling her.”

Calling the culture of online hate toxic and harmful, Juggun questioned the obsession with tearing public figures down. “Is insulting celebrities our only entertainment left?” she asked. “How much free time do people have that they follow someone just to leave cruel comments on their posts?”

Juggun ended her video with a heartfelt message: “If we don’t protect our own people, who will?”

Alizeh has also removed all the posts from her Instagram account.
