Fawad says reduction in LPG prices is a gift of New Year
Federal Minister for Information Fawad Hussain Chaudhry has termed the reduction in prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) a gift of New Year for the masses.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the federal minister in a tweet on the last day of the year 2021 said, the Health Card and LPG prices are a New Year's gift.
Fawad Chaudhry said 72 per cent population of the country who are deprived of piped gas will get a benefit of reduction in LPG prices directly.
The information minister also claimed in the tweet that next year, people will see a sharp decline in the prices of energy and food items.
