Feeling ‘unsafe’, Islamabad IGP demands bullet-proof vehicle

The IG police of the City of Power is feeling himself unsafe as he demands a bullet-proof vehicle for his security, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Islamabad IG police Dr Akbar Nasir demanded a bullet-proof vehicle citing security threats to his life.

The Threat Assessment Committee has also supported the demand of the Islamabad IG police. The seven-member committee has recommended to the authorities to provide the IGP a bullet-proof vehicle.

Police have also written a letter to the district administration for the provision of the vehicle.
