Previously, Hareem Shah had made a trip to a clinic in UK in order to get a lip surgery done. From this particular procedure, one can acquire fuller, plumper lips. However while Hareem was going through the treatment, she got to find out that FIA had frozen all of her bank accounts. This made Hareem quite worried and she stopped the procedure right there and then. 
When Hareem Shah told the expert to halt the process, only one side of her lip was treated. However who would care about a lip surgery when such a distressing revelation emerges. Now the TikToker has one side of her lip area swollen, however this would certainly not stop the resilient Hareem Shah from coming up with entertaining social media content.
In the latest update, Hareem Shah has been seen posing for videos at different destinations of UK. And yes with a swollen lip. In the first update, Hareem is dressed quite nicely while she is standing beside a gigantic pool whereas in another update Hareem is spotted at a sports and leisure complex in UK.
