SC to hear pleas seeking presidential form of govt on Aug 5

The Supreme Court (SC) said on Saturday that it will take up for hearing the petitions filed for introducing a presidential form of government in Pakistan on August 5, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Justice Umar Ata Bandial will hear the petitions in his chamber.
In this connection, the apex court has issued notices to the petitioners namely Ahmed Raza Kasuri, Dr Sadiq Ali and Tahir Aziz who have prayed to the court to order a referendum in the country on the issue.
