An accused gunned down two including a brother and his wife over personal grudge here on Tuesday and escaped the scene, police said.

According to details, the incident took place in Sillanwali area of district Sargodha where accused Mushtaq exchanged hot words with his brother and his wife over a personal grudge.

The verbal clash turned violent after which culprit gunned down brother and his wife and fled after committing dual murder.

The bodies were shifted to hospital for postmortem and the police after registering a case against the murderer, started raids for his arrest.
