Gold price increases in Pakistan

Pakistani jewels market witnessed more jump of gold prices on Friday as the price of 24-karat gold has increased by Rs700 per tola.

According to the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24 karats of pure gold reached Rs2,08,700 per tola on Friday.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs601 to Rs1,78,927 per 10 grams in the local market. 

Rates of 22 karats gold have also increased and traded at Rs1,64,016 per 10 grams.

In the international market, gold prices also increased by US$5 to US$1,981 per ounce on Friday.

The rates of 24 karats fine silver remained sustained at Rs2,275 per tola and Rs1,981.15 per 10 grams.
