Balochistan Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mohsin Hassan Butt has been transferred and made Officer on Special Duty (O.S.D), reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Balochistan top cop has been replaced by grade-21 officer Abdul Khaliq Sheikh.

Abdul Khaliq Sheikh was serving as deputy DIG.

The federal cabinet has approved the appointment of the new IG and removal of the Mohsin Hassan Butt.
