Big fall in Gold rates continues in Pakistan

The price of gold saw a big decrease in Pakistan on Tuesday as the rate of 24-Karats gold dropped by Rs1,700 per tola.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, after this decrease, one tola of 24-Karats gold was being traded for Rs2,32,800 per tola.

Similarly, the rate of 10 grams of 24-Karats pure gold decreased by Rs1,458 per 10 grams and traded at Rs1,99,588 per 10 grams.

The price of 10 grams of 22-Karats gold was being traded for Rs1,82,956 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, in the international market, the price of yellow metal increased by US$11 per ounce to US$1,956 per ounce.

The rates of pure silver of 24 karats were not changed on Tuesday and traded at Rs2,850 per tola while the rate of 10 grams of 24 karats gold remained same at Rs2443.41 per 10 grams.
