Cricket: Remaining fixtures at the World Cup

All 10 teams have now played six games each at the Cricket World Cup with three apiece still on the schedule before the group stage finishes.

The top four -- currently India, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia -- will qualify for the semi-finals.
