Punjab govt shifts all cases against Imran Khan to ATC Rawalpindi 

Punjab government has shifted all of 11 cases registered against PTI founder Imran Khan to Anti-terrorism Court Rawalpindi, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

According to Punjab Home Department notification, Punjab government took this decision under Sections 15(2) and 21(2)(b) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. Cases against Imran Khan were registered in various police stations of Rawalpindi including Raj Bazaar, City, Waris Khan, New Town, Sadiqabad, Taxila and Cantt police stations. 

The Punjab government has nominated the Anti-Terrorism Court, Rawalpindi for the trial. The Home Department has issued instructions to the Adiala Jail, police and prosecution authorities.
