Agreeing with the suggestion given by Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Accountability Mirza Shahzad Akbar, Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry said on Tuesday if the electoral reforms were to be introduced by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and parliament had no role in it, then it was better to task National Accountability Bureau (NAB) with amending the NAB laws, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a tweet, Fawad Chaudhry said this was what could be inferred from the statements of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari when they opposed the introduction of electoral reforms by parliament.
