Senior leader of Pakistan People’s Party Mansoor Wasan who is famous for his habit of soothsaying, irrespective of its fallaciousness or truth, has sacrificed a goat to get rid of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s regime, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Thursday.

Speaking vaguely, Mr Wasan said that he was seeing big sacrifices in the country. “Inflation has gone through the roof, that’s why I thought I should sacrifice a goat and distribute its meat among the poor who can eat to their fill,” he added.

Taking a dig at Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) leader Pir Sadruddin Shah, Wasan said it was good that he was reminded of Khairpur after four years because elections were drawing near.

The PPP leader said that big players would contest the elections and polls would be held in the middle or by the end of this year.
