Criminal Investigation Agency (CIA) Special Operations Cell of Gujranwala Police carried out an operation in Saudi Arabia and apprehended an accused involved in killing of a woman for resisting robbery 14 years ago, reported 24NewSHD TV channel on Friday. 

According to the police, fugitive Badar Munir was arrested from Saudi Arabia after 14 years. 

Besides that, another accused, who killed a youth in Nowshera Virkan, was detained at Lahore airport. 

Police sources said that the accused was fleeing to Italy after committing the crime. 

Both the accused have been arrested and handed over to the concerned police department. 

The Central Police Office (CPO) said that the arrest of the accused was no less than a challenge as both of the accused went into hiding.
