Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said that the party's long march will resume from Tuesday, November 8, 2022, from Punjab's Wazirabad - the same point where PTI worker Moazzam got martyrdom last Thursday.
Addressing a press conference from the Shaukat Khanum Hospital, Lahore, the PTI chief said that he will address the march every day and it is expected that the march will reach Rawalpindi within 10-14 days from where he will lead the party's 'Haqeeqi Azadi' march.
He appealed to the masses to come out and participate in the march.
He said: “I welcome the setting up of judicial commission by Shehbaz Sharif. I want a clean and transparent investigation.”

“We have the government in Punjab, [nevertheless] the case of Wazirabad incident has not been registered despite three days have elapsed,” he added.
“The judicial commission should first investigate the murder of journalist Arshad Sharif,” he demanded.
The former premier said that he wants a transparent investigation into the Wazirabad incident but an FIR has not been registered yet. “It is my right to register an FIR against the accused,” he said.
Imran further claimed that an attack on him was a conspiracy planned by the three men he had accused of being behind it. “It is my right to register a case. I am the ex-PM of the country,” he added.
Imran Khan said that he has a few questions that he wants to be answered. "First, there are people in Pakistan that are above the law, does the Constitution allow this?”
Three people have been involved in his assassination bid, Imran said adding that only a transparent probe would determine “the truth”.

He said how is it possible that the Punjab police under the provincial government “keep on giving excuses” and not registering a case.
Referring to the DG ISPR’s statement about defaming the officer, Imran Khan said if someone says there is a corrupt person in PTI and I say that you have said that the entire party is corrupt. Is there any logic?” Imran asked.
He further said that he welcomed the judicial commission but what will it do? The three people that I have named are above the institutes which will investigate the assassination attempt against him. So, he questioned, how can we do an impartial investigation?
In the investigation, there is a need to find out how the video of the accused got leaked so early,” Imran added.
