The Pakistan Cricket Board and BS Sports signed a year-long MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) for delivery of cricket equipment and playing kits to the participants of the PCB Pathway Programme. 

As per the statement issued by the PCB, more than 100 players are involved in the first batch of the programme which is currently underway at the National High Performance Centre, Lahore.

The partnership between PCB and BS Sports will focus on ensuring the distribution of top-quality cricket gear (playing kits and equipment) for the PCB Pathway Programme participants. BS Sports is recognized as one of the top cricket equipment providers in the country, their equipment has been used by a number of top Pakistan and international players.

Chairman PCB Ramiz Raja said, “We have successfully launched the PCB Pathway Programme with a talent pool of 100 players. These players are receiving top-quality cricket coaching from local and foreign coaches besides work on their life skills, eating habits and education.

“I would like to thank BS Sports for their support of the programme. We have succeeded in attracting some of the top brands and business houses in the country who are all committed to the future of Pakistan cricket.

“Through this initiative we are confident of producing the next generation of superstars, our vision is to invest in our youngsters and leave no stone unturned in their preparation and training.”

From the ongoing week, the camp is focused on players above 16 and below 19 years of age. These players also include the top-performers of the national U19 one-day and three-day tournaments played in the ongoing domestic cricket season''.
