A girl died and another five sustained injuries when a wall of a private school collapsed in Township area of Lahore, the capital of Punjab, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Monday.

Two of injured sent home after first aid while another three were admitted to Jinnah Hospital. The deceased is identified as 11-year-old Eshal and hospitalized girls are Reema, Noor Fatima, and Rafay.

Parents made a complaint that the school admin did not informed them about the incident. Eshal will be laid to rest at her hometown in Vehari.

Taking notice of the incident, the deputy commissioners of Lahore constituted a committee to dig into the tragedy.
