Bilawal says PPP to be reorganized in Central Punjab

Pakistan People’s Party has decided to reorganize the party in Central Punjab and the party members of the Central Punjab Chapter have handed in their resignations to the party chairman, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

The PPP has decided to restructure its party in Central Punjab and for this purpose PPP Central Punjab president Qamar Zaman Kaira, general secretary Ch Manzoor and secretary information Hassan Murtaza tendered their resignations to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. 

PPP Chairman Bilawal was presiding over the meeting of the party’s provincial members via video link.

The meeting was attended by Kaira, Ch Manzoor and Hassan Murtaza. PPP secretary general Nayyar Bukhari also attended the virtual meeting. 

The meeting discussed the general political situation in the country with a special focus on PPP’s administrative affairs in Punjab. 

The members of PPP Central Punjab Chapter apprised Bilawal that they had completed three years of their tenure and they wished that the party should be reorganized in Central Punjab. They offered their resignations to the PPP chairman. 

Bilawal while appreciating the PPP Central Punjab leadership’s efficiency eulogized their services. He said he could never forget their loyalty and commitment to the party in these difficult and hard times. 

PPP chairman accepted resignations of the members of PPP Central Punjab.
