Buoyant Asif Zardari claims will accomplish task today

PPP Co-Chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari has said that we will definitely accomplish our task today for which we have gathered here, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to media in the Parliament House on Saturday where he reached to take part in the no-confidence vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan, the former president said that the opposition would achieve its objective today.

When asked whether he was satisfied with what was happening, he replied: “it’s at least better than what was happening before. It’s better to have something than nothing.”

But when a journalist said that they (PTI government) were not agreeing, Zardari quipped “doesn’t matter if they don’t agree. Constitution agrees.” 

Another journalist tossed a question to him quoting Imran that Shehbaz Sharif did not have prime minister’s line in his hand, he answered ‘destiny alters lines’.
